What is the delivery cost for orders within Hong Kong?

We offer free shipping for orders over HKD500. For orders below HKD500, a delivery cost of HKD50 is applicable.

How long does the delivery take for orders within Hong Kong?

The usual delivery time is 1-2 working days after dispatch.

Are there any additional charges for furniture or bulky items?

Yes, an additional surcharge is applied per order on furniture, bulky items, oversize products, or when the delivery destination location is remote.

Which areas are considered remote for delivery purposes?

Remote areas include Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Tung Chung, Tuen Mun countryside, Fung Nin, Shui Pin, Nam Ping, Yuen Lung, Fung Cheung, Shap Pat Heung East, Shap Pat Heung Central, Shap Pat Heung West, Ping Shan South, Ping Shan Central, Ping Shan North, Ha Tsuen, Fairview Park, San Tin, Kam Tin, Pat Heung North, Pat Heung South, Sheung Shui Rural, Choi Yuen, Shek Wu Hui, Tin Ping West, Fung Tsui, Sha Ta, Tin Ping East, Queen's Hill, Hong Lok Yuen, Shuen Wan, Sai Kung North. Outlying areas like Lantau, Peng Chau & Hei Ling Chau, Sai Kung Islands & Po Toi, Cheung Chau are not covered.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, for customers in other regions, including China and the rest of the world, please contact us at info@bimbocasa.com for a shipping quote.

Which areas are considered remote for delivery purposes?

Who is responsible for the safety of goods during international shipping?

If customers choose international shipping, Bimbo Casa can assist in arranging it, but the shipping service is not operated by Bimbo Casa. Customers have the option to choose a safer freight company with higher cost and insurance for goods-in-transit, such as DFS. In case of any damage during transit, Bimbo Casa will not take responsibility, and it becomes the sole responsibility of the customers or the freight company.

Can customers arrange their own freight company to pick up goods from the Bimbo Casa warehouse?

Yes, customers have the option to arrange their preferred freight company to pick up goods directly from the Bimbo Casa warehouse. However, customers will be responsible for paying any customs tax duty if required.

Can I track my order during transit?

Yes, we provide tracking information for all orders. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number that you can use to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Can I cancel my order?

Please contact our customer service or send email to infor@bimbocasa.com as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but it is subject to the order's processing status.

How can I return my product?

Can I exchange a product that was a gift?

Will I be refunded the full amount?

As we do not sell ready-to-wear (RTW) products, we do not have a size chart available.
